Romantic Chalet in the Forest

Our Chalet offers a large loft Bedroom with a queen bed. Beautiful views of the Mogollon Rim from the bed, and of the National Forest to the back. Downstairs bedroom has full bed. In the living room you will find a wonderful wood burning stove. The living room has incredible views from the cathedral like windows. Kitchen has everything except your food. Outdoor deck is very private with tall pine trees providing lovely shade. Our cabin is located at the very back of the lot right up to the National Forest. It is in a very private setting. If you are looking for a cozy couples retreat, we think you've found it!

Perfect Weekend Getaway
We love leaving the hustle of our daily lives in Phoenix to escape to Gabriel's Chalet. Its the perfect spot to relax, unwind, go for long walks/hikes, and just escape. We've been coming for a few years now and its just perfect!

Perfect retreat
The chalet was really clean and had everything we needed. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the cabin and also hiking throughout Tonto National Forest. It was so beautiful, quiet, and peaceful during our stay. I would definitely stay at this location again. The host was extremely helpful and responsive when i had questions. Highly recommend.

Wonderful weekend getaway
Although this cabin is in a neighborhood, it feels secluded which is exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen is well stocked and our dogs enjoyed all the new smells in the woods. We had a great time!

This is our second stay at the chalet. The chalet is surrounded by tall pine and very peaceful and quiet. Great area to explore and hike/walk. The owner is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this property.

Great escape from the city life
Our family throughly enjoyed our stay at this cabin. We were looking for a place to disconnect and enjoy fanily time. This was the place. Hiking near by and plently of nature to enjoy. If you need a place to disconnect this is the place. Our dogs loved it as well. We can't wait to be back.

Great rental to get away from city relax on patio and also can find activities nearby for some adventures. Our dog loved it and so did we. Well stocked cabin with baseboard heat and a fantastic wood burning stove.

Great getaway
A completely different atmosphere that isn't far from the Phoenix area. I went up with my dogs for a little mental reset and it was perfect! Quiet, cozy and peaceful. Very dog friendly with food and water bowls, mat and a bag of treats waiting for them! Internet was pretty steady for being tucked in the trees. I will definitely go again!

Such an awesome little cabin! Gabe made sure our arrival and check in were seemless. My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing get away and that is what we found. We went on hikes each day, enjoyed home cooked dinners and read books on the patio. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our week in the tall pines. The chalet was lovely and the extra amenities (plus towels, well equipped kitchen with spices) were appreciated. The quiet relaxing forest setting was peaceful and we enjoyed several different hikes in all directions from Washington Park trailhead down the road. Thanks for sharing this beautiful cottage!

Treasure in Pine
This cabin is a true treasure. Tucked away in a beautiful wooded area with nature all around, beautiful place to unplug and relax. The cabin was clean and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and the host was excellent at communications road conditions and instructions.

Lovely mountains setting.
Lovely scenic area. Host was exceptionally kind and helpful. Elevation is 5000+ feet. There is a river nearby to walk to and numerous hiking trails. Cabin is somewhat secluded, however, if you walk down the driveway… There are many friendly neighbors. Place was immaculate and welcoming when we arrived.
