Separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms: 2 single beds and 1 double bed. Air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms. Separate toilet. Electric heating. Unfenced 750 m2 plot marked by a hedge. Small terrace with awning. Garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.
Wood included. No rental of household linen or towels. Sheets €15/bed/change. End of stay cleaning €65. 10 km from the Dordogne Valley and its many castles, gîte in the countryside near the owners' farm (without nuisance because reduced activity). Very beautiful view of woods and meadows. 5 km from Belvès, a medieval town with seven bell towers, listed among "the most beautiful villages in France". Visit the Jardins de Planbuisson 16 km away Le Buisson de Cadouin, Sarlat, the Bastide de Monpazier, the Château de Biron... 17 km away Etangs du Bos for swimming and fishing.
