"The kitchen equipment was a bit basic with no coffee maker, or jug. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom sparkling clean. Very centrally situated and convenient for the theatre and town centre. Would consider using again. "

"Excellent value accommodation in an area where hotels etc are really expensive. Easy to check into reception, room is clean and has everything you’d need. It was very quiet and not many folk staying. Security is a bonus ….. we were really impressed and will come again. "

So, we had a bit of trouble finding the place at first, but once it was resent, the place was a breeze! It’s furnished adorably and well-equipped. The location cannot be beat. "This property exceeded our expectations. It was warm, well-equipped and definitely centrally located. Arriving to find a large fully decorated Christmas tree was a delightful surprise. Our host answered questions promptly and there was a helpful folder of advice. We will be returning to this absolute gem."

"The property itself if good. It is large and spacious with confortable beds and a large lounge. Finding it was not easy and the directions were not as helpful as they could be. The details about how to enter/access the property were quite confusing and unclear. The kitchen area was ok but rather surprisingly there were no sharp knives which is quite a big oversight. Overall im left with mixed feelings here. The property was good but the information, booking process and general communication...

"Excellent stay at the lilypad, hosts were attentive and welcoming. Beautiful clean property with lots of space to enjoy. Definitely will return in the summer. Fantastic views of the river in the sun!"

"This beautiful spacious property was perfect for our stay in Cheltenham. The tastefully decorated lounge is beautiful and just enticed you in to sit and relax on the sumptuous sofa’s and comfy chairs. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The host was really helpful and friendly. It’s close to the town centre but very quiet. We will definitely come back again. "

Really lovely hotel

"Lovely stay here in Stratford. Our room was large with a lovely bathroom and included a balcony, which sadly looked over the police car park! The toiletries were all l’occitane. Check in was quick and easy and communication prior to our stay was good, ensuring we had made parking arrangements and that our diner reservation was arranged. It is situated fairly central so was just a short stroll to either the river and markets, or the town and sites. Dinner was nice, my husbands nicer than mine, and breakfast was great. Lots on offer. "
