Pawleys Island golf trip
Great location on the 9th hole of Pawleys plantation. Plenty of room for our party of 4. Close proximity to other courses like True Blue and Caledonia. Owners very responsive and condo was very clean with lots of little perks like providing towels, linens, etc etc. Very easy to work with and responsive.

Highly recommend this lovely home. The location was fantastic. The golf course views were fabulous. Very spacious home for 7 friends who were celebrating a friend's daughter's wedding. Check in/out was extremely easy and communication with the owner was very quick. Would definitely rent this home again.

We really enjoyed our stay at his cute condo. The furnishings are very pretty. The beds were all very comfortable. The communication with the host is superb! He emailed us before our stay with clear instructions on how to enter and lots of other good information. He even permitted us to check in early! I would definitely recommend staying here!

What a wonderful place to stay!!!! We had a great time! Charles was a great host. We had a water heater issue he had it replaced while we were out golfing and shopping! He went above and beyond to make our stay great. I would highly recommend staying here!!!

A wedding at Pawley’s plantation
This home was the perfect location and size for us! We were visiting Pawley’s for a friends wedding, and this home was less than a 5 minute walk to the clubhouse/venue. It was such a cute and spacious home, five of us fit very comfortably and we absolutely could have fit a few more people without a problem. The hosts were amazing and so communicative. 10/10 would recommend this property for anyone coming down to Pawley’s!

2024 Golf Trip
Pros- I was looking for a place to accommodate 4 guys on our annual golf trip and boy this place did not disappoint. 1: Very well maintained, clean and updated 2: Plenty of hang out space 3: Outdoor area sitting on hole nine of Pawleys Plantation was awesome. 4: Beds were very comfy 5: Great location- able to hit all the local course within 5-10 mins, dinning and night life short drive. 6: Great quiet and friendly neighborhood. Cons- Parking- arrived late on Thursday, parking lot has plenty of room if folks would park correctly. Could use dedicated parking spots for each condo with lines.

WOW!! What a gem!
This property is everything presented and more. We stayed for over 1 week, cooked Christmas dinner and the unit had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, the towels thick and plenty of everything in the kitchen. Would be making reservation for this time next yr if they weren't already booked. If you are even considering this property, do it now, it is well worth your time and your money.

Beautiful Destination
My family and I could not have had a better experience staying at this wonderful Pawleys Plantation VRBO. The hosts were so gracious providing such great detail about the property, and we were so comfortable, and happy to be able to spread out through this beautiful home with 4 couples. The amenities were perfect and great for gathering together whether we were eating as a family or playing games or all going into our own separate bedrooms for a little R&R, everyone was happy. This was in the best proximity to the greatest dining experiences for outstanding fresh seafood. Also, it was so easy to navigate to our favorite beaches and parks, and our son use this opportunity to propose to his wonderful girlfriend at sunrise! I was relaxed from the second I got there, and was really sad to leave, but it was an outstanding vacation, and just absolutely would say we would stay there again!

A wonderful condo in a beautiful location
We cannot say enough good things about our hosts. The Joyce’s should be tapped to give a clinic on hospitality. The condo was spotless, charming and quite comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and thus easy to cook in. Guests can settle in with virtually nothing needed. Charles couldn’t do enough to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. He met us when we first arrived, to orient us to the condo, and was quick to respond to any text messages we sent. Pawley’s Plantation is a lovely oasis for golf or family vacations and this unit, with wonderful hosts, is the perfect place to go.

Perfect Villa for 4-Golfer Stay - Definitely Choose this one
I rarely write reviews because it’s not often that a property greatly exceeds my expectations. I booked this Villa for a golf trip reunion for 4, all adults in our 50’s and who typically stay in Ritz Carlton level resorts so that should give you a sense of what we expect in our lodging. This property is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood overlooking the 9th Green at Pawley’s Plantation and you can sit on the patio while grilling your steaks and talk to the golfers coming by to get course tips. The Villa was well stocked with everything you need to start your stay including shampoo and soap. And we really appreciated the simple things such as spices and foil that kept us from over purchasing items at the grocery that would go to waste. If you’re looking for a party atmosphere, go up the road to MB, but if you want a beautiful place within 12 minutes of some great golf courses where you can grill and enjoy seeing friends, there is no better place. Oh, one tip is to be sure to walk over to the Clubhouse and listen to the band playing on the porch overlooking the 18th green.

Rented the property specifically for location. Lovely neighborhood. The house could use a deep clean and updating. Towels and sheets were stained. Distinct odor of urine. The layout is a little weird the FR patio doors are not operational or safe .. just a 2 foot drop off. Can this be up to code? Only access to the screened porch/patio is thru the master bedroom. I would have complained and left but we needed to be in that neighborhood for the wedding. Would recommend sadly.

Great spot for a pawleys getaway
The place is excellent, very spacious, great if you have kids. Location near the golf course and short walk to clubhouse. Charles was very responsive and kind when we had a small issue. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pawleys plantation rental.
