McInnes 764 is a one story oceanfront home located on the coveted South end of Pawleys offers a private creek dock just steps away from the front porch. This five bedroom three bathroom home features a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room combination, central H/VAC, cable TV in living room, wireless internet, microwave, coffee pot maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 wonderful screened in porches with rockers, covered parking, outside showers and beautiful ocean front views. Bedding accommodations include one queen, one double & one twin, third bedroom has one double & one twin, fourth bedroom has a double, and the fifth has a double. Need more than five bedrooms? See if McInnes 762 is available, right next door!

No matter the wind or weather you have a front row seat and easy access to the ocean in all its moods and beauty. Windows all across the beach front, screened porches front and back, steps to the sand and water, clean and safe dock on the marsh side right out the back door. Comfortable living inside, kitchen well stocked with dishes and cook wear.

My mother getting her car stuck in the sand under the house was not good. It took 3 carpenters from the house next door to push her out. Recommend a rope of some sort to rope off area so that does not happen to another guest.

The perfect beach house!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was perfect!! We loved the house! Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults and 6 children. The living area was nice and comfortable and the kitchen was basic but nice! We loved the house right on the beach. When the tide came up it came to the bottom steps. We enjoyed the space under the house for the little ones to play out of the sun. Probably one of our favorite beach houses we have ever stayed at. We love Pawley's Island and have stayed at several houses on the Island but this would be our favorite!! The only down would be all the beds are full beds and the two twin beds. Full beds are just not what we are used to but it's just for a week :)
