Great place to stay
My family and I rented the condo for a week over the 4th of July. It was incredibly clean and very welcoming. The condo is in a great location for dining,shopping and going to the ocean. The golf course is beautiful and well maintained. We visited the pool several times,and each time it was very clean and a good time. Definitely stay here! Pawley's Island has a great beach,and Garden City isn't a far drive to visit their beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Stay!
This home overall was comfortable and inviting! The layout was perfect for my family and they thought of everything! They had linen, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and soap! Washer and dryer with soap and the drying rack came in handy after taking the kids to the pool. There was dish and dishwasher soap, all utensils and dishes needed and a dish towel! This is great so mom doesn't have to pack so much extra esp with little kids! And a charging flash light near the binder with great info of the facility, surrounding areas and access code to outside closet with a ton of outdoor "toys". My boys loved the games, puzzles and books! The pool is very walkable, clean and clean bathrooms. Security did come around to check for the arm bands and friendly. Check-in and out was super easy and very prompt with responses via text. The ONLY this is the condo is located on the 3rd floor which was fine for my family but I can see how it might be challenging for others but already knew that from other reviews and listing. Overall, we had a great stay, the owners seem to really care, take pride and can't wait to come back!

Did NOT know it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator in record breaking heat
Did NOT know it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator in record breaking heat. My friend and I are 47 and 57 and work outside quite a bit. But if I had known that this condo was on the 3rd floor and no elevator, I would have booked a hotel. We were supposed to have my husband and his parents (74, 77) in attendance as well. My husband came down with the shingles 24 before. So, my in-laws did not attend either. It would have been IMPOSSIBLE for them. We would have had to find another place to stay. Very nice place and very, very clean! However, check in is at 4pm and we were there right on the dot- the cleaning lady said the people before us had wrecked the place and she was still cleaning for another hour or so. We didn't get into the room with luggage until after 6pm.

Great golf getaway
We had a great experience staying at this property. It was clean and close to all the golf courses in Pawleys Island and Murrells Inlet. Plenty of restaurants and activities are within a 5 min drive.
