Master has a king bed, 2nd bedroom queen bed and 3rd bedroom full bed. Large new sectional sofa and 55"TV in living room! Cable and free WiFi. Brand new s.s. appliances in fully stocked kitchen. New flooring, furniture and many other updates throughout. Relaxing and quiet furnished screened porch. Short walk to pool. A South Carolina State Park Pass is included for guests to use. These are close to half $1 million condos and they are treated as such. But all the neighbors are very welcoming. This is where you want to stay when you visit South Carolina you are in the middle of everything but without the headache.

Our stay was wonderful. The owners gave us a nice bottle of wine and Christmas cookies. They also provided a table top tree with lights, which was a special touch. This was our second visit.

Easy, comfortable stay
The condo was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Easy access to the pool and hot tub. The hosts were very responsive to questions, and the rules were short and sweet. We couldn't ask for a better stay, and we plan to try to stay here again in the future.

Pawleys Island vaca
This was a vacation for myself and my youngest 2 kids and it did not disappoint. The unit was about a 5 minute drive to the public beach access on Pawleys island and only 15 minutes from Huntington beach state park. There was a park pass for HBSP which I used to do early morning photography and also to take the kids to the beach there. The unit was very clean and we had no issues. I had a question before we traveled to SC and the owner was very quick to respond with the info I had requested. I will definitely stay here again if I can fit it into my future travel plans.

Wonderful condo!
We enjoyed our short visit to Pawley’s! The condo was spacious, clean, updated and comfortable. We especially loved the big couch in the living room we could all fit on to watch movies at night. Check in and check out were very simple and the pool was just a short walk from the condo. What a beautiful place! I highly recommend this condo for a comfortable stay!

A wonderful place to stay with wonderful hosts!
The accommodations are just the best ever with everything, bright, cheery and super clean. The U-shaped sofa was the highlight of everything because it made it so comfortable. We had a few questions, and the hosts got back to us so quickly and were so considerate of helping us out when we left a jacket on the bed. The location is fabulous with access to everything you could possibly want to do. If you are looking for a place in Pawleys Island, I’ll give this my highest rating ever.

This is a beautiful and comfortable condo. Quiet and peaceful. I wish we could have stayed longer and we intend to come again. I would have brought less if I had known it was on the 2nd floor and no elevator as I have issues with stairs.

Great spot to “get a away”
This condo was extremely clean, nicely decorated and very quiet! We had a great 4 days relaxing in the condo, exploring the area and going to the beach. It is close to Murrells Inlet which has wonderful seafood restaurants! Visited Georgetown and walked and shopped the quaint waterfront town. The owners provided a State park pass to Huntington beach that was an added plus! They are pet friendly too and have a great screened in deck. Just one thing that caught me off guard. I thought the pet fee was included with the final payment~ my mistake. It was asked of us to leave it before checking out. Great place, great price! Will def. Be back.
