"This is the worst hotel, first the location you have to spend atleast 300-400 php if you wanna go to the city or just down the road to sm city. No convient store no pool, very hard to get a taxi the only choice is take a jeepney, they do provide a transfer going to gt mall but you have to wait atleast ..."

I would be writing to request for a full refund. The place is not conducive for 10 adults
"The property was too small to accommodate 10 adults, water is very slow and will take at least 20 minutes for one adult to finish taking a shower. Kitchen is part of the garage. We were given futon as mattresses to accommodate 4 individuals. The 2nd bathroom is too small. We ended up leaving and ..."
