Modern House in Languedoc
This was a very lovely house which would have been perfect except for a few things that could easily be remedied. We have stayed in many rentals and always found basic staples that were missing here, eg, paper toweling, coffee, hair dryer, as well as a welcoming booklet that helped to familiarize guests with the area (restaurants, shopping, Wi-Fi, tv & appliance instructions). Also, there was no address on the house and entrance instructions were unclear). Overall, however, the house is very comfortable, clean, and well appointed.

Perfect paulhan
Enjoyed a relaxing week at this fantastic modern villa . Beautiful spot , lots of sun bathing spots around the pool or on the sun terraces . Very equipped villa , with great air conditioning in the hot summer months . Walk in showers with rain fall heads , each bathroom also has jack & Jill sinks . All you need supplied in the kitchen with modern appliances. 5 stars would highly recommend & would use again , thank you

We stayed for 1 week in Nadine's villa and really enjoyed the accomodation and pool. The property was very clean and well equiped and in a peaceful residential area. Nadine was a very responsive host - merci beaucoup!

Amazing
A beautiful Villa, in a quiet location with amenities close by. Perfect for a large family and teenagers. We unfortunately had to cut our holiday short but the owner was beyond helpful and truly wonderful at a difficult time. This is a 10/10 villa and the pictures do not do it justice.

Superbe villa à Paulhan
Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines dans cette très belle villa à Paulhan. Toutes les commodités, comme neuve et ultra propre, piscine au top, tout était réuni pour un séjour parfait ! Maison moderne
Avons passé 2 belles semaines en cette propriété neuve, avec tout le confort moderne (domotique, équipement, ..) Correspond très bien a la description en ligne. Avons apprécié le calme du quartier et les aménagements disponibles ( piscine, air conditionné, machine à laver, sèche linge, parking et garage, étc). Maison très lumineuse. A moins de 500 mètres du centre du village et de ses petits commerces (10 min à pieds). Communication facile et très réactive avec la propriétaire. Seul point d’attention pour les jeunes enfants (que nous n’avions pas) : un escalier et une piscine avec une vraie profondeur. Un peu de prudence. A recommender pour explorer la région de Pezenas, Sete, Montpellier, Béziers et l’arrière pays. Merci encore de votre accueil.
