Possibly the best hotel and staff in Patzcuaro!

Every single person on staff at Ibarra 14 was outstanding and made our trip so memorable. The historical building, the architecture and interior decorating was superb. The menu and food was outstanding. Secure parking was also a huge plus and we feel the location one half block from the town square could not be better with walking distance to everything centro Patzcuaro has to offer. We can't wait for our next visit!

It was a very pleasant stay. Although my husband and I only stayed for one night during the festival, we still felt the quality of the hotel and the attentiveness of the service. Because of the tight schedule, we checked into the hotel close to the early morning, which was past the opening time of the parking lot, but the hotel staff still patiently coordinated and helped with parking. I like the design and public dining environment of the hotel. Their breakfast is very large and the service is very sincere. Because it was a bit noisy at night during the festival, but the hotel provided earplugs very attentively. There is also a welcome card, which I collected as a travel reward. Thank you, this is the best accommodation memory of my 5-city trip. And I will recommend it to my friends if I have the chance.

There is no valet parking as stated on expedia. In fact parking staff was rude and did not have good communication skills.
