Sítio Quietude - Paty do Alferes/Miguel Pereira - undisturbed view

Site with more than 33 thousand m², located 2 hours and a half from the center of Rio and 20 minutes from the center of Paty do Alferes.

Completely wooded and undeveloped, it is the highest site in the area.

The house has 2 floors and over 300 m² of built area. The top floor has 4 bedrooms, 1 suite and 1 external room to the house with bathroom near, kitchen with table for 8 people, attached pantry, charming living room with fireplace and integrated to the dining room with balcony overlooking the mountains and swimming pool. Lower level with access to the pool, it has a games area, pool table, built-in barbecue and dining table, steam sauna for up to 10 people, shower, toilet and rest area.

In the lower floor we have 2 swimming pools, one with whirlpool and one with shallow and deep part. We have ombrelone and 4 sun loungers, outdoor shower and an arbor with grill, pizza oven, wood stove, refrigerator and tables with chairs.

The bathrooms on the top floor have hot water from the electric boiler, the externp has electric shower and the lower floor water heats up when the sauna is switched on.

The house has a Smart TV with open channels and sky. We also have a dollhouse and open ground to park several cars.

O sítio é simplesmente maravilhoso. A natureza e vista, são indescritíveis. A casa é bem equipada, todos os quartos super confortáveis, limpos, com roupa de cama e banho cheirosas. Fomos em família e amigos e foi renovador. A proprietária é uma simpatia, passa todas as informações necessárias. O caseiro, super prestativo e simpático. Com certeza voltaremos, amamos.

Minha estadia foi simplesmente indescritível! A vista, a limpeza e a casa são de fato pontos chaves!!! Tudo impecável!!! A casa é extremamente equipada, com todos os utensílios que você possa imaginar. 3 dias são poucos para aproveitar tudo o que a casa oferece!!! Além disso tudo, tem um cachorrinho que é dócil e um amor!! O caseiro é atencioso também. Sem contar na anfitriã Tais, que desde antes de eu fechar sempre foi solicita! Fomos em 19 pessoas e todos amararam! As crianças se divertiram muito!!! Vamos voltar com certeza! Só digo uma coisa: VÁ!!!

Viajamos em familia para comemorar o dia das mães. Nossa estadia foi muito alegre e prazerosa. Tudo limpo, organizado, todos cômodos equipados. Disponibilizam tudo que precisamos para o dia a dia. O lugar é incrível. Uma vista sensacional e a casa é muito confortável. Tivemos problemas de queda de energia durante todo tempo pois choveu todos os dias, mas a casa tem gerador para praticamente tudo. A administradora é muito querida e o caseiro foi muito prestativo também durante todo o período.

Sitio que transmiti muita paz e quietude.

A casa é maravilhosa, muito bem cuidada, com toda infraestrutura de copa, cozinha, brinquedos (qie as criancas amaram ) e uma grata surpresa que tinha itens para bebês, o espaço é enorme e que visual das montanhas mais lindo! A estrada para chegar a casa é um pouco ruim, mas não tivemos problema e pode ter certeza que o lugar compensa a subida. O caseiro seu Raonis é muito solícito, educado, e nos atendeu suber bem. A Thais é uma fofa, que sempre sanou as dúvidas rapidamente e criou uma experiência ótima. Ela so nao avisou que iriamos ficar apaixonados pela casa! Foram dias maravilhosos e com certeza iremos indicar e voltar sempre que possível!

Simplesmente perfeito!
Perto dos meus 40 anos, afirmo com convicção que o reveillon de 2021 entrou na lista dos melhores pelos quais já passei. E um dos principais motivos dessa inesquecível experiência, além das pessoas com as quais estive, foi, sem dúvida alguma, essa maravilhosa casa. Desde a primeira pergunta que fiz à Thais há meses, quando ainda estava procurando um local para passar o reveillon, até o momento do check-out, tudo foi excelente. O local no qual a casa está localizada é simplesmente espetacular. A quietude, a tranquilidade, a paz e a beleza do lugar são incríveis e marcantes. A área externa da casa é muito bem cuidada pelo caseiro (Sr. Ronis) que, diga-se de passagem, é uma pessoa extremamente simpática, cortês, prestativa, educada e discreta. A casa dele e de sua família fica nos fundos do terreno e em nada (absolutamente nada!) afeta a privacidade e a tranquilidade da hospedagem. Registro aqui o meu agradecimento e de toda minha família ao caseiro por todo auxílio prestado. O interior da casa é outro espetáculo à parte. Sem exagero algum, a casa simplesmente tem tudo: utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama, roupa de banho, material de limpeza etc. A limpeza estava impecável. Chegamos a ficar impressionados com a qualidade dela. Não havia absolutamente nada sujo. Os quartos são muito aconchegantes e bem decorados. A sala de estar e o salão de jogos são sensacionais: TV com canais de assinatura, jogos de tabuleiro, baralho de cartas, mesas de sinuca e de baralho, sofás confortáveis etc. Enfim, foi um reveillon perfeito para mim e minha família, muito graças à excelente e perfeita casa. Thais, agradeço de verdade à sua atenção, ao seu atendimento e à sua preocupação em cada detalhe (a carta de boas vindas é muito show!). Parabéns pela casa e tudo de bom para você e toda sua família.
