"My wife and I booked through Hotels.com at midday, before arriving at 10pm that night. The Manager had prepared the loungeroom for our stay, with no doors and a fold out sofa bed. Obviously we had booked a private room as advertised as available on their website. The location was quite remote so we agreed at stay. The Manager apologised blaming her failure to check the online booking system , but still charged us full price €70 for a fold out bed in a loungeroom. We were woken up early...

"We were very impressed with Villa Fontanelle - a true "villa" level experience! Facilities were even better than advertised, with air conditioning now available on both floors. Martina welcomed us and took care of our wishes in a quick and exemplary manner, fully utilizing WhatsApp for easy-to-use guidance and links. The pool was great and we had it 100% for ourselves.
