"It was a nice place that served our requirements well. Comfortable beds. Despite being reasonably techy, we couldn't get the TV to connect to the wifi. There was a very reasonable request that we wash our dishes, which would have been easier if dish soap had been provided. The large dogs were friendly, but had a bad habit of jumping on the car doors and windows, and being rather insistent about joining us in the rental. Not a good rental for people freaked out by large dogs. "

"Very nice. Beds were perfect. Lots of seating area. Kitchen well equipped. The water heater went out while there and Phil was quick to find a replacement. Very nice host. Thank you!!"

"We found the directions very accurate. We were there for our 25th anniversary. The fact that they allowed pets was such a blessing. We have a hard time leaving our 120lb puppy for any length of time. The hot tub was fabulous and the Christmas tree was a bonus"

It was delightful to soak in a hot tub after a long hike in the mountains and after returning from an adventure with a flat tire, the host was gracious enough to fill my tire with enough air to get to town."

Centrally located and very easy to get to restaurants and shops downtown, and is directly across the street from the university. The property manager was responsive and let us leave our car in the driveway after checkout while we took an Uber to an event to avoid parking. Recommend! "
