It is a group of hotels sharing a wide range of facilities on its own peninsula. It is fairly easy to get taxis into the centre of Pattaya. Fantastic swimming pools and sun terraces with private beach and beautiful views out to sea. Spacious rooms and staff very keen to help in any way they can. It is generally good value for money for a group of five star hotels.

The property is very secluded from the busy side of town, which was nice. However the hotel rooms are old and rundown. This palce would have been nice back in the 90's, however has lost its touch a bit. The dining options are horrible, however the breakfast is very nice. The rooms and lobby areas smell like wood, old aging wood.

The staff, amenities, and pool were absolutely perfect—everything exceeded expectations. The room service and the Indian restaurant were exceptionally delicious. A special thanks to the front staff for recommending the Indian restaurant! However, the food at the poolside restaurant was a bit disappointing and could use some improvement. We were looking forward for this stay and the welcome flowers and wine promised a lot but unfortunately we encountered few major problems and we couldn’t see the hotel staff coming forward to help in resolving or addressing the issues. Bottom line we experienced poor customer service. Here are some of the issues the hotel must improve: 1. Room found to be with very dirty floor (see video) 2. On the outdoor infinity pool we spotted worms on the water edge (see video) 3. The room is worn and had better time 4. The water jammed in the bath sink
