We arrived on Koh Larn about 1230pm and kept calling the hotel for about 30 mins because we wanted to rent a motorbike which usually requires to leave your passport, but was unsure if we needed to use passport to rent room, we kept calling the hotel ,but the phone was busy and we could not get through, we spoke with a motorbike renter on the Pier and he stated we did not need a passport to rent motorbike just leave drivers license and he would show us where the hotel is located. When we finally got to the hotel we found that no one was on the telephone and no one greeted us, we walked by the rooms until a staff member came out and greeted us, he quickly opened my room turned on ac and tv asked to see my expedia reservations then he didnt say anything and walked back to his lobby/kitchen. The next day our room was very hot and it didnt seem like the ac was working properly so my gf went and told hotel staff, they said ok we will look at it, we waitd in the room and about 1145am they stopped by and said they would repair the ac now, so we went out the the room and waited, they came with ac refrigerant so we thought they would refill the ac, we waited and waited and waited only to find out by 145pm waiting out of our room that nothing had been done because they were cleaning the other rooms, super irritated at this point we decided to go eat and come back, we get back to the hotel 330pm to find still nothing done and our room wasnt made up.
