I had paid for two persons while booking. On 8.10.24 while my second occupant accompanied me to restaurant they refused to serve her saying that ‘she is not registered while checking in ‘ Her ID was with them since the afternoon of 7.10.24 and they could have well finished formalities and entered in the system. As a courtesy to the guest staying for a long duration, they could have served the breakfast and finished the formailities of entering the details later on. They had miserably failed in both causing me huge embarrassment. The electric kettle also takes inordinately long time to heat . Housekeeping should do vaccum cleaning on carpet but they do a simple brooming that too like an eyewash. While complaining they appeared to be angry due to their lack of English language. It was a terrible experience of stay

Good staff, nice room and facilities. Great pool and bar area on the roof. Close to all the nightlife but not too close to be noisy.

I only stayed here for 1 day. My only dislike was the 1 mini bar soap they had available for a booking showing 2 guests. Hotels should only be using liquid soap anyway to avoid cross contamination.

Overall I would try somewhere else for the money. Air con was just about blowing cool air. Rome and corridors looking tired. Shower had good pressure. Overpriced for Phuket IMO.

Great Stay
Great stay, hotel could do with a slight upgrade but nothing too drastic. Their Wizard brewery next door is fabulous and their meals are very tasty and a great price. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and lovely staff. This is a nice hotel just a bit past its prime. The welcome presentation was strange. Turn in your plastic door card when you leave or face a major fine if you lose it. Be careful in the bathroom--the 2 inch down step can be painful if it's forgotten when exiting.

Intimate Hotel March 2024
The staff is great. Always very helpful and friendly. Some minor issues that they did fix were a safety box that wasn’t working, the A/C unit that was functioning poorly. Both items were remedied after I brought it to their attention.

Beautiful hotel, just didn't like that you have to drop off room key when leaving hotel, and then have to pick it up when you enter back into hotel. And if you bring a guest in, they have to check in with ID at front desk and be 20 years old and up.

Online photos don’t do it justice. Yup, an old hotel, but well maintained and that’s the key. Buffet is quite okay. Something for everyone and great for this level of hotel. The standout is the pool/spa/sauna/gym area. Deep enough pool and long enough for fitness. Great shelters spa. Sufficient gym etc. Rooms spotless and well equipped. Daily room service. Superb location. Don’t overlook this gem. Inviting reception area. Staff very helpful.

Location was great for me as I wanted to see the central areas of Pattaya. Staff were generally friendly. Room was big. My only comment is that the place feels old. Everything need updating. For the same price in Bangkok I can stay at a clean new(ish) hotel.

Comfortable and affordable hotel in Pattaya. Location was great and central, enjoyed Wizard brewery next door. Staff at hotel are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated, but still comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop pool.

The staff were amazing very friendly and caring, the cleaning facilities were amazing so clean always approached with a smile every corner you turn.. everything was local didn’t use much transport, had the night market 5min walk, a factory outlet across the rd, Hilton buffet 10min walk and the central big shopping centre 5min walk also.. beach 3min walk… loved everything about the area… The only downfall if they had the pool area extended coz it closed at 7pm😩

Brilliant - until checkout!
This hotel was brilliant, especially the wonderful staff at reception. The only challenge was at check-out (and this has nothing to do with the staff, as I expect they were simply abiding by the hotel 'rules') At the point of checkout they sent the security guard to check the state of my room (which is fine, as some people could leave costly damage & mess). He sent a picture of my towel from the bathroom, which incidentally I'd left neatly folded, so he must have unfolded it to find incriminating evidence. The photograph was a 1cm light blood stain (an accidental drip from a clumsy shaving accident), for this they charged me 280 Baht. I travel the whole world staying in hotels, and this is a first for me. For that reason alone, despite the staff being lovely, I will not be using this brand again.
