Vrbo Support, thankyou in particular Ballepu. WARNING Don’t deal with host Reservation ID #HA-ZHK33S Booked room level 40 with pool 30 minute wait for key, the card was for level 31. sms host requesting level 40 he refused to move us into that room. He sells level 40 then delivers a key not on that floor hoping people accept it no maintenance in room people where in room. Phone he started screaming and abusing me I terminated the call at 9:02 pm he is argumentative aggressive and rude. On the 23rd October we returned to room around 3pm to find two people going through our bags? Initially I thought they were thief’s I had a check out date on the 24th not the 23rd. I spoke to Peter host he started abusing me and threatened if I did not leave he would have me physically removed. Is this person going to come into my room and assault me like he has threatened? SMS from host Peter over the week period: 40th floor room was closed due to large ceiling leakage. Had there been no maintenance problem we would have not changed the room. I am sure you will have a good time, they allocated B3101. card works just fine a guest checked out this morning. You have a problem you get out of room or else I am going to cut the power and water supply also disable the access card for the lift. don’t act smart I will block your card and stop your access. we will cut off electric. Hay you a--hole. I am coming to you now don’t make me show myself up.

J’étais avec mon enfant de 6 ans , nous avons fait deux heures de taxi depuis Bangkok et personne n’est venu pour la remise des clef j’ai attendu 4 heures pour rien à la résidence et bien sûr pour couronner le tout ils m’ont prélevé le montant sans avoir aucune assistance . Horrible
