They give you soap, shampoo and conditioner since I did not bring any staff was very friendly and trustworthy. I left money in the room and it was there when I return after they clean. "This was a great experience i was upgraded to the club grand room after i complained about the club room, housekerping was slow in the mornings and the lounge dusaspointed me with the lsck.of variety and short time serving food....the fridge that had dtinks was locked most of the time....i was told off for taki g a can of coke to my room.....which is why i paid top money to have the club lounge.....need to have staff that can communicate in english better...."
