Haus liegt fantastisch und bietet alles, was man braucht. Haus ist sehr schön. Zur Möslbahn mit dem Skibus 2 min. und zu Fuss etwas länger. Aber machbar."

Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf Karwendelspitze. Gut ausgestattet mit Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Eierkocher. Es war allerdings nur ein Spülmaschinen-Tab da. Wer öfters kochen will, sollte sich vielleicht noch welche mitbringen. Und kleines Manko im Sommer, es gibt kein Eisfach. Lage ist prima, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß...

"First, let me say that Benjamin and Christian the property owners were very responsive. We had several problems during our stay that they really tried to fix and usually responded within minures. One of the problems was not permanently fixed while we were there which was very annoying, but not because they didn't try. A permanent fix was coming after we left. The unit is a 30 minute walk from town, but an easy bus ride to town with frequent service. 8 miinute walk to a very good grocery. ...

"The apartment is clean, bright, modern, in a quiet cul-de-sac with excellent views from the balcony. It is up 36 steps but worth every one. We found it well equipped and had no problems with anything. Would certainly go back to it again."

Positiv: die schöne Aussicht von einem der beiden Schlafzimmer, die Welcome Card mit Berechtigung zu freier Fahrt der Bergbahnen, Bad und Toilette modern eingerichtet. Ein paar Dinge waren nicht so gut - eine Türklinke war defekt (trotz unserer Bitte an Vermieterin würde es nicht gerichtet), die Utensilien der Küche sind minimal vorhanden, Bratpfannen sehr abgenutzt, die Seitenablagen im Kühlschrank sehr lavede, die Duschbrause sehr locker angebracht.
