"Our stay was perfect. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to be helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lovely and our room had a great view. The food was excellent. We enjoyed a great breakfast and had a drink in the bar midday. Highly recommend for anyone to stay in the area. "

"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"This hotel is brand new and has a lovely design in chique swimming pool style. The design looks very durable. Rooms are very spacious and beautiful, the bed one of the best we’ve had in a hotel! The spa is wonderful with a heated rooftop pool and different saunas. Very neat. Breakfast was super fresh with lots of choice. Located in the middle of Bad Gastein, so within 5 minutes of walking you have numerous dining options. 5 min drive from the ski slopes as well. Would definitely recommend and...

"Such and amazing hotel with outstanding design and service! The restaurant is great with very good breakfast as well as dinner options. The room was perfect, the bed was very comfortable and we had great nights of sleep. The only thing to comment on are the doors in the hallways as they close loudly and we could hear it in the room especially in the mornings. "

"Wir waren an sich sehr zufrieden. Besonders das Personal ist hervorzuheben. Es gab aber ein paar Punkte die verbesserungswürdig bzw. ungewöhnlich sind. Es wird eine Pakrgebühr erhaben, das kenne ich für ganz normale Parkplätze vor dem Haus nicht. Bei einer Garage mag das angemessen sein. Wenn ich all in gebucht habe sollte ein Luchpaket enthalten sein, weil das Mittagessen ja auch kostenlos ist. Hier mussten 7,50 Euro gezahlt werden. Flaschen zum Getränke abfüllen wären praktisch. "We hebben twee heerlijke weken gehad. Het huis was schoon en de locatie prima. Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon, waar je heerlijk kunt zitten. Vlakbij allerlei leuke uitgaansmogelijkheden. De gastheer erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Qua spullen, zoals zitplaatsen in woonkamer, keukengerei is het huis niet voor 8 personen geschikt. Wij waren met 7 personen en kwamen tekort. En de bank is echt een minpunt. Daar kun je niet op zitten. Als die vervangen wordt voor een fatsoenlijke bank, komen wij nog eens...

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet. Der direkte Blick zum Großglockner vom Balkon ist magisch. Ortsmitte mit Gastronomie und kleinem Supermarkt ist schnell und bequem erreichbar."
