The hotel was not what was shown on their website. The hotel is practically in shambles. You pull up to the property, not even knowing it’s a hotel due to the lack of care that goes into the building’s appearance. The main lobby was filthy, the elevator was disgustingly hot, and the hallways were even worse. The hotel room was bare boned. The beds were like bricks, the room was only cleaned once, even though we put up the “make up room” sign on our door. There was no hot water at all. The only positive thing I will say about this hotel was that the staff was friendly and the AC worked well. I will never return.

We loved the staff!. Super helpful. The beach was 5 minute walk.Bangla Road was a 5 minute walk. Convenience stores, massage shops, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping all around! Great location!!

The staff were truly excellent 100 percent could not do enough for you. I have to say i was totally looked after by this hotel. Although a bit of an older establishment still very clean and had good facilities. For the price I would say very good value and will definitely stay there again. I have stayed in many hotels in Patong over the past 22yrs and GP House is close to the top of my list.

The room was adequate and the staff were friendly and helpful. What is lacking: shower has significant mildew, amenities do not include shower gel or hair conditioner, bed is very hard, pool is too cold and pool showers are disabled.

We stayed here for 4 days. The room was big and clean, the staff provided amenities such as water upon check-in. Great walkable location close to beach as well as boardwalk. The staff here were very helpful with any questions we had. Also, motorbike rental directly in front of the hotel was quite convenient

This hotel is a dump that just happens to be five minute walk to the beach in Patong. The staff are kind and helpful, but the environment is awful. When I arrived I was informed that the pool was unusable due to what looked like a lack of chemicals. The paint on patio around the pool was cracking. But worst of all, I saw three cockroaches in my time there. I was so disgusted I went and stayed on Phi Phi Island for one night just to get away from GP House, paying for two places in one night. Aside from the staff, the only redeeming thing about this place is its location. And to be honest, the beach in Patong, as with others in Thailand, were filled with garbage. Places like this need to step their game up.
