I enjoyed my 3-day stay at the hotel. It is outside of the main area in Patong but that means you get quiet evenings which can be rare in the city. Be prepared to walk more than you expect to go to the tourist places but is only a 3-minute walk to the beach. The one thing that was a little annoying was the evening dining. The food can take a long time and was not as ordered. I do not think they had enough staff for the number of people at the restaurant. Warning, if you get a room that connects to another, you can hear everything in the other room. My last day an upset couple arrived and argued loudly all day. Other than that, the accommodations were as advertised and very clean.

Great hidden gem!
This was a great experience at this hotel, it's a real hidden gem at the end of Patong Beach. The staff was nice and friendly, the food at the restaurants was top notch. They engaged our group every time we were in the lobby, and were very accommodating. Would stay again.

A decent resort with basic amenities on its premises. Check-in was fast, staff were friendly. Very basic room amenities such as average quality disposable toothbrushes, bar soap for hand wash, etc. Pillows were too soft though. Stayed in a sea view room, quiet from the noise, aircon was comfortably cold. 3 min walk to Patong Beach.

Check in was a bit slow, my key was done and made but was not handed to me until my friend was checked in after me and got his key before me. Remember people, this a vacation. Staff was not friendly at first, and yes, I know this is a 4 star hotel but come on. The room I reserved was the biggest one they got, and it was good, BUT,,,,,the bed and pillows smelled terrible!! I had to take out the bathrobe and lay it over the pillows and over my head. Very noisy AC unit Terrible!

Great stay for 5 days. Beautiful view to sea and pool. Although others have Mountain View - from guest having Mountain View they would have preferred ocean view. The walk from main road to hotel reception and the amount of stairs from reception to the elevator is fine. Although not good for people have trouble with legs. They do offer golf shuttle to the escalator just ask for it. Rooms are good in modern style. Although the toilet could use some paint. But overall good. The location is very fine you prefer to be in a distance to the party street Bangla Road. Good distance to beach. And a little hidden quiet place with nice view is 5 min away once you stand at the Main street called Seasalt Lounge and Grill. Also Kamala beach is worth to go to if you need a quick get away from traffic noice. Kim/Denmark

Friendly staff, perfectly located ( 3 min from Patong Beach ). Really happy with our stay at the Andaman Beach Hotel! Beyond our expectations! Refreshing drinks during our easy check-in! Thanks to Kat for the warm welcome & your all time positive energy! Then TaTa kindly carried our luggage and took us to our room on his buggy. Champion! Quiet, clean, bright and cozy bedroom with ocean & pool view! They even updgraded us with a King size bed! Thank you, Lou for always trying your best for the client satisfaction! Breakfast for every tastes, two restaurants with quality Thai & oriental food but also excellent pizzas, burgers… the Chef & their assistants are too good! You will love any cocktail passionately made by the one & only Jay!! Pure genius and what a kind heart! So is the manager, Khun Chatz with his hospitality, sense of humour and professionalism. Not every hotel has a gym that clean, spacious and equipped. We spent 10 days there, were offered free drinks (again) to celebrate our first week… can you believe it?!? Thanks to all of you for making us feel like home during our stay. We will be back! xx

this was the WORST hotel I've stayed in in years. I made a tiktok about it jazmynjw. All of the photos online are OLD! This is not how it looks today. It was not clean. The floor under the bathroom sink was corroding. There were stains on the walls. It is not wheelchair accessible AT ALL! There are several flights of stairs to get to the elevators. My friend had to switch rooms because the smell was so bad in the first and the second room smelled too. We asked them to come clean but it was to no surprise, they are not good at cleaning at all! My key to my room did not work after dropping my bags. The food was terrible. We ordered two different pizzas and they were out of one of them so they just gave us a different pizza....and still charged us for the pizza we didn't order. Then they threw away our leftovers when we asked for a box. They did make us a new pizza. OMG this was bad. I could say more but I'm trying to forget about it.
