"Decent stay- not like a proper 5 star as you would expect. Service is good and staff is responsive and polite. Although aircon stopped working at middle of the night and someone tried to fix it 2-3 times in the morning but nothing happened though it was time to checkout. "

"I stayed for 1 night recently and found the following: 1. AC didn’t work. It was switched on, but the room wasn’t getting cold. The staff knew and so have a fan on full speed. 2. No hot water. I was checking out in a rush and wanted a shower before that. But no hot water at all. 3 The rooms are unclean everywhere. Spots and stains on walls, doors and even sheets. "Room had no running hot water. After an hour we were told that the boiler was off. Why not make sure before providing it to the guest? The hot tub had mold, chipped off patches and caulking needed everywhere. I stay here once every year. This time it was not as good as last year. "
