The staff are extraordinary, fluently speaking English, and anxious to help their guests. We stayed on the 32nd floor in a double deluxe room, which had an in-room laundry. We will stay here the next time we visit Bangkok"

"Amazing hotel great stafff i love the pool. Staff at the pool was super friendly. We spent a week and everything was amazing. Relaxing closed to restaurants. Walking distamce to bts train"

"Excellent front desk services. Rooms and common areas are clean. Wi-fi okay in my room, maybe better in other areas of the hotel. Location is excellent in very quiet area but 5 minute walk to everything you want. Only negative is that the room lighting needs improvement. Bathroom is dark and no lamps or appropriate lighting for reading in bed."
