"The building is old, is very disorganized, there is neighour drank and playing very loudy at 2-3am, could not sleep, no one controling the situation. "

"When we get there the gave to us the keys of the bungalow and when we get there i seen few issues with the bungalow like in the kitchen one of the furniture has a screw out so any childreb could hurt with it very easy… the table ok the living complety broke with the wood stike out so again the children or any adult could hurt with it… the toilet upstaurs was broke the tv didn’t work and the bedspread had few marks like dirty…. "This is a really authentic property; I loved the Andalusian decor which made the apartment cool and the surroundings beautiful- as soon as you come into the courtyard there is a lovely smell of incense and a sense of solitude. The cathedral, Alcazar and Toi Pepe are less than 5 minutes walk with easy access to local supermarkets, resturants and shops. I hurt my ankle and my son was unwell on our last day, and they organised a taxi to the airport and messaged to check we were ok. Absolutely...

Lovely stay - Parking scam

"The hotel is on a recently renovated building, very close to all main attractions in the city center. We enjoyed very much our stay. BEWARE: The hotel recommends you to stay at the Parking Plaza del Arenal and send you a link to make a reservation, which has to be paid by credit card at least 2 hours before arrival. If you do so, there is a very attractive reduced rate of approximately 10 euros per day. The system advertises it accepts all major credit cards, but none my US based cards didn’t go through and used an European based card. Unfortunately during the transaction my card was stolen and when I arrived home found that the card had a charge of 200 euro from a money transfer company (same day and around the same time I was also paying for the parking online!!). Yesterday I had to file a claim with the bank. I now have to wait 2 weeks to see what happens. Not sure what the outcome will be as the transaction went through EVEN THOUGH I never authorized it. Lesson learned! This is the kind of service that I will never pay online again."

Excellent stay at Hotel Bodega Tio Pepe

"Beautiful property- attached right to the bodega Tio Pepe! Excellent location to walk all around Jerez. A glass of sherry on the rooftop terrace looking at the cathedral was wonderful! Every staff member was so friendly and made our stay so nice. Highly recommend this hotel."
