Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our AC unit was making a lot of noise and they transferred us to another room which was even nicer. We walked to nearby dining locations which were all great. The hotel has a restaurant but was pretty expensive so we chose not to dine there but it looked very beautiful and menu...

"This was our first time staying at a smaller, boutique hotel and we were so glad we did! Ola was lovely, staff were super friendly and the room exceeded our expectations. It was just what my husband and I needed for a quick getaway to San Juan. We loved the Museo de Arte, which was about a 10 minute walk from the hotel."
