"We stayed for 1 night travelling from Salzburg to Venice. A clean and friendly family feel to this place in a spectacular location with supermarket couple of mins drive away. Staff were welcoming and helpful and supplied a good breakfast. Our room was fairly basic but gave what was required but we did have to report a running toilet and the room got very hot due to heatwave and lack of any air con. Balcony was an added bonus. "

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. "Struttura sita in una bella posizione fronte lago molto comoda per raggiungere gli impianti a Bad Kleinkircheneim; camere nuove, pulite e spaziose. Unica pecca i dintorni dell’hotel nell’immediata vicinanza, dove non abbiamo mai trovato ristoranti aperti oltre le 20.30 e raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Struttura consigliatissima per chi come noi vuole godersi la montagna e le giornate sugli sci per poi tornare a risposare in un luogo confortevole. "
