"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. "The staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold."

"Having stayed at 5* hotels previously on skiing trips we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised. Buffet breakfast was varied and included - hot section. Spa was good - again better than expected for the class of hotel, but then they did charge €12 for entry so I would expect a but better - only issuing you with one towel meant that if you'd had a sauna you had nothing to dry yourself later with! "Very close to the ski slops, local restaurants and bars. Ski rental downstairs and very friendly and helpful ski rental owner- Thoni :). Ski bus stops at the property. Very good communication with the owner, flexible check in/out. Very clean place, kitchen well equiped. Good value for money."

"Very happy in general. Perfect if skiing, including the spa, very nice and authentic style of the building. Excellent service in particular the shuttle. A short walk to the village center, though the last 100 meters or so following the roadway rather than a pedestrian path. "
