Spend a carefree time here and experience fun cooking evenings in the house and entertaining time in your private garden. You can also use the swimming pool with sundeck, gym, playground and table tennis free of charge, which offers you many opportunities. On the premises you will also find two paddle courts (for a fee), where you can prove your skills and endurance.

Take long walks with your dog and explore the countryside around Lake Trasimeno and take a refreshing dip in the lake at the jetties or small beaches. Golfers will also get their money's worth here, as you will find a beautiful course just a few kilometers away.
Enjoy nature, whether cycling, hiking or relaxing and experience unforgettable sunsets over the lake!
