"DO NOT BOOK HERE. Please save yourself the hassle, we found at LEAST 8 bedbugs within the spand of 24hrs. I know you may want to save a few bucks but please take it from our experience, this is NOT worth it. We contacted the agency and they respond with no sense of urgency or solution. It is as if they know about this infestation. We are STILL trying to connect with someone about our reimbursement, they are not answering anymore, this is completely unacceptable. "

"The owner was amazing. She met us in person and gave us an orientation of the home and the city. She also had wine and cookies for the kids waiting for us. There was also laundry detergent for the washer! Awesome bonus! Overall great hospitality. We did have a little bug problem and some of the dishes in the pantry were soiled. The owner arrived a little early, and we were still packing up. It was kind of strange having her stand around while we finished dressing and packing."

"Lovely spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The owner/manager(and family) was very helpful. Great location for young children with the local beach sloping gently for quite away out. A few cafe's close by and some of the beaches had toilets and showers. However, as the apartment was so close to the beach this did not matter. Included car parking spot in underground garage was very useful as there was parking charges for the carpark and street parking. Local supermarket was about...

"The location is close to a couple metros which is super convenient. Lots of space to fit multiple people. We did have a few cockroaches and other bugs which was unpleasant. It was also extremely loud all times of the day, including the neighbor who sounded like he was tearing down the wall we shared at 8am and music and walking around from upstairs at 3am. It was issues my family could look past but I would not stay again and can't recommend because the issues above."

Nice location on the beach with private parking spot, grocery shopping nearby, wi-fi worked perfectly, easy check-in and check-out process and the owners were wonderful and easy to work with. "The apartment was ok, but especially the rugs need a good cleaning. The last renter had not done a very good job cleaning utensils, glasses and dishes so first thing we did was wash everything in the dishwasher. The gas stovetop did not appear to be working, but as we were only there for 2 nights we did not bring this up with the owner, so there is likely a solution to that. The area is ok, a small convenience store and cafe below, and other amenities and cafes, restaurants in easy walking...
