"The hotel is in a perfect location and it is worth paying a little extra for a room with a balcony overlooking the sea. Unfortunately the paintwork was in very poor state and the room needed a makeover as it looked tired. My king size bed was actually two singles pushed together so there was an uncomfortable ridge down the centre. The bar and restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. This is listed as an English speaking host which is not accurate. We struggled to communicate. The place is advertised with a pool but this was out of bounds due to the drought, we understand this but we should have known before arrival.
