"Excellent hotel and location. Perfect view of the sunset over the gulf! Staff was very attentive and friendly. Rachel, Gigi and Alexis were so awesome in the pool area when it came to food, drinks and keeping things clean. The food was amazing - Japanese shrimp were ordered every night! Highly recommend staying at this hotel, you won’t be disappointed!"

"I met Analiz, the manager, and immediately I took a liking to her… very professional, helpful and jovial… I also met Marilyn, who worked the pool area… such a nice friendly person! The bar workers were also outstanding, big smiles and friendly. Great awesome beautiful place to stay…we are most definitely coming back!"

"Excellent location! Hotel needs a bit of fixing up. Maybe the hotel took a hit with the hurricanes… staff was amazing! Food was amazing! Experience was great! Hotel is a bit older. At least on the 6th floor with a veranda. I cannot comment on the pool area as my husband and my kids were mostly on the beachside. Brought our 14 and 17 old. They want to go back :) Great place! We will be back! "

"The hurricane did lots of damage so they were still working on the hotel. Other then that everything was great but the housekeepers we had to go get coffee and creamers and toilet paper they did not replenish stuff well"
