-Pool is only heated April thru Nov 15th or for any rental 4 nights or longer outside those months. *For stays under 4 nights between Nov 16th thru March, cost is $125 per night (heating is electric and takes a long time to get up to temp so we need to be notified 3 days prior if guest wants heating).
- No glass bottles, cups, plates etc.. of any kind outdoors. If found to be in violation of this rule, guests are subject to $500 fine plus any damage.
- No smoking or vaping in or outside of this home. Subject to immediate guest expulsion and $1000 fine.
- No large events or parties (*per SLO county max # of people permitted onsite during day is 16 including guests, max # to spend night as guests is 10). If occupancy or noise ordinances are broken, guests are subject to expulsion and fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation
-No pets allowed due to severe allergies by owner’s family. If found to be in violation guests are subject to $1000 fine plus expulsion.
