Nice Place to Stay for a Family Vacation
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was very clean, comfortable and full stocked for a family vacation. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Especially liked the yard and the fire pit. Only issues were the WIFI continually dropped and refrigerator failed when we got there. The management company was extremely helpful and responsive to our issues. Thank you.

Wonderful stay in great location
Our family of 7 visited for a wedding and this home was the perfect fit for us. We spent time in the beautiful backyard and location was convenient to everywhere we went. Every interaction I had with the property management team was outstanding! They were very helpful and accommodating. We definitely will be back!

The home was spacious for a large group and perfect for a party of 8. The amenities were fantastic, and the cleanliness of the house was top-notch. It's a convenient location, just 5 minutes from downtown. Our dogs had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space as well. The host was very responsive and made our stay more enjoyable. Overall, a great experience!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Rec Cloud Rendezvous house. We had a big group and did not feel crowded at all. The house had all the amenities we needed. We took advantage pf the fire pit and bbq. Everything was comfortable and nice. We would love to stay here again. The check in process was very easy and the company was easy to deal with.

Great Experience and beautiful surroundings. House located at top of hill, with beautiful views overlooking rolling hills of Paso Robles. Spacious home, comfortable outdoor covered patio to relax in the cool evenings and all of the amenities in the household one could ask for. Great multi-family getaway!

Our stay at this house was very enjoyable! The check-in process was seamless with the keyless entry/door code. The app they provided with all the check-in info was super easy to use, especially with the mobile check-in/check-out. The house was super clean, well-equipped with kitchen utensils, grill supplies, and coffee! The beds were very comfortable, so much so that I looked at the king mattress brand so that I could remember it for my personal needs. The bathrooms had plenty of towels and mini toiletries set up for us. The outdoors fire pit and the indoor fireplace were both so nice. We used both during our stay and it was lovely to drink wine and hang with our family around the fire. The check-out instructions were very simple and clear, which I appreciated! And overall, my family and I really enjoyed the house, especially our dog who ran around the backyard multiple times throughout the day. Also, the location of the house is great! 5 minutes from Downtown Paso and close to markets! I can definitely see us booking this house again for future wine tasting visits!

Great 70th Birthday
We had a great 4 days at this lovely home. The floor plan worked perfectly for the 3 couples staying...we could have had a fourth with the adorable guest suite upstairs. The kitchen is well-stocked (except for maybe a few more wine glasses...but that may have just been our issue😉). We had a professional chef come in and make the birthday dinner and there was plenty of everything for him to work with. The bathrooms were clean and nicely appointed. A TV in each bedroom was great, laundry room was an added benefit and the big garage with the opener left for our use made everything very convenient. I had thought that the location was a little more rural than it turned out to be. But in the end, the location was perfectly situated to get to downtown, wineries and shopping. And the back yard was so lovely- day and night- with comfortable seating and lovely views. This is a great rental and we highly recommend it. Thank you.

A bit disappointed but overall this is a nice home
I'm surprised at all of the glowing reviews. For what we paid to stay here we expected a better experience. The home is nice and clean, and the yard was ideal for our dogs so we did appreciate that, along with the outdoor gas fire pit which was really nice. However the kitchen amenities aren't great, and the only item that was offered to clean anything was a bottle of dish detergent. Zero cleaning supplies were in the house which I think is odd during these times. I would also suggest that they supply one night of wood and newspaper for the indoor fireplace. The last thing people want to do after a road trip and unpacking is to go out and find firewood and paper. We were looking forward to watching movies at night with a nice indoor fireplace, but the tv worked so poorly and intermittently that we gave up on that idea which was really disappointing. The master bed has an extremely firm mattress which we both found really uncomfortable, but some people may prefer that. We did have a decent time but disappointed in that we didn't feel we got our money's worth.

Nice house but had issues with HVAC
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was a great size for our group (4 couples,2 toddlers). The kitchen is updated and they have great appliances and dishware, but it was lacking in spices so be sure to bring some if you plan on cooking. The master bedroom is very spacious with a huge walk-in closet while the other 2 rooms are also a comfortable size. The upstairs unit had a couch and a small kitchen (sink, fridge, a few appliances), with a squeaky sliding barndoor leading to the bedroom. The house is in a great location near Albertson's, plenty of restaurants, the farmer's market, parks, etc. The backyard has beautiful views and a built-in fireplace which we enjoyed.Though the house itself was great, we were plagued with HVAC issues. First, because of how the HVAC was zoned, it was nearly impossible to cool the upstairs unit to a comfortable temperature (74-76) without also blowing AC into the main house, causing it to drop to below 70. The two thermostats are tied to the same hvac unit (ie. 1 duct, with the upstairs vent at the end of it). So when we first arrived the house was 72F with the AC on full blast but we couldn't turn it off despite turning the Nest to 80F or even turning the next to OFF mode; we didn't know that we had to go to the upstairs unit and turn it off from there as well. But since hot air rises, the upstairs was 79F+ and difficult to cool down. Second, the Nest had been pre-programmed to ridiculous settings which we unfortunately didn't realize til our second night. Eg, the temperature was set to 50F at 2pm, 62F at 10pm, 73F at 12am, 66F at 1am, etc. While the Nest has the ability to 'learn', I can't imagine that enough previous customers had the same habits of turning the AC at those strange hours. These seemed almost malicious. It would be great if the rental agency made sure to wipe out any pre-programmed schedules and reset the Nest so that any previous customers who had synced their Nest app to the house wouldn't have remote access.Great house o
