Great location, comfortable place, great hosts
We flew in before check in time and the hosts did everything they could to make us comfortable with bags and no car before check in. We really appreciated it. The location is amazing… super walkable to many of the best places to eat and drink. The place is comfortable and although it was a little noisy on Friday night, we did not expect it to be as quiet as it was. Paso is a tame town!

Great Stay
We visit Paso Robles very often, one of our favorite places to go for a little get away. We really enjoyed staying at this property. So conveniently located to everything, hardly ever got in the car. Would stay there again!!

Nice Place! Love PAOS!
The property was great, fantastic location too! Loved having one code for the door, laundry area and stairway door! Loved the large shower too. The noise from the restaurant is a bit of an issue, as mentioned in other reviews. Was thankful for the ear plugs that were provided. Just know Fridays and Saturday nights will be a bit noisy.

It doesn't get any better than this!!
This loft was literally in the best location in Paso! I have stayed in alot of different places in my life, and this was the cleanest one by far! Everything in the inside seemed so fresh and new. The welcome screen when you walk in was a perfect touch, the sound machine by the bed, the big closet, balcony, etc. I could go on and on. For being on the main street, we had zero problem with noise and the building was so well maintained. Will FOR SURE stay again!!

Minor inconveniences are the daily parking situation, the noise from restaurant below, and queen bed. Would be nice if a parking pass could be included in stay and why would you put a queen in a room that has plenty of space for a king? They also leave earplugs for restaurant noise, if you think that will bother you.

Parking was never an issue and economical. Only real issue was thin walls and neighbors being noisy after 10pm and their guests leaving trash in the hallways and elevators. Other than that great location with tons of friendly people, love the coffee maker with supplied coffee, creamer and sugar. The champagne flutes were a welcome suprise.

Perfect location
We were just in town for a couple days for R&R and wine tasting, and found this to be a perfect spot to stay -- like I shouldn't tell anyone about it but here I am! The location is over a bar and got a little loud on Saturday night. The trash trucks can also be a little loud on one of the mornings. Otherwise, the location and being able to walk to so much really beats any other downside. the property manager was very responsive to an inquiry around late arrival and around a potentially lost item, and there were no problems with the property at all. Checking out is extremely easy due to a touch-screen in the room. I'd highly recommend this property management company.

Overall it was a great place an would stay in the VRBO again. The only issue was we booked on a weekend during a rain storm and in the middle of the night I was hearing load noises which I thought was some sort of renovations happening in the building. We discovered it was the cloth style cover over the outdoor patio was blowing so hard that it was making a load noise. Not really something that could be controlled unless the cover is removed or another style put up.

Aesthetically pleasing, but VERY NOISY
Great location…very clean..modern..up to date. However the square is very loud. People playing music until 2-3am. You hear all the road noise. The restaurant beneath us starting playing jazz early in the morning (it felt like they were playing their band next to our bed)—-we ended up having to buy ear plugs and noise machine to try to drown out the noise. We also bought pillows because the pillows they have are very thick. We loved paso but would not stay at this location again.

Reviewer Comments: We just enjoyed our 5th visit to Paso Robles, and we've always stayed at the Paso Park suites every trip.We love the loft spaces - they are contemporary/comfortable, and give us bit more room and amenities than a typical hotel room. The location is amazing - being right above the square in downtown Paso is perfect, as we can walk to shops and restaurants, tons of free parking just downstairs from the units - our favorite coffee, breakfast and dinner spots are literally within 2 blocks. It's great to be able to walk to dinner, cocktails, or live music and not have to hassle with driving.The units are always clean and well maintained, we appreciate the frig stocked with cold waters and the multiple coffee maker options along with coffee and cream provided. Frig is large enough to stock some essentials during the visit.The communication and customer service is top notch - quick to respond, super helpful and professional. After a day of exploring Paso wineries, it's so nice to come back to a comfortable spot vs a busy hotel.Highly recommend booking a chef's table dinner at Somm Kitchen - need to book a month or two in advance, worth the advance planning. Spearhead is great choice for morning coffee, Red Scooter Deli for breakfast or lunch to take to winery. Too many dinner options to mention, but just about everything you can imagine on or just off the square. Favorite winery experiences include Epoch, Jada, Booker, Jacob Toft in Tin City and Fulldraw.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed on this property before but in another unit. We were excited and at first glance the unit looks good. However, the bed is very small and it is not a queen as described!! The bedding was terrible! The blankets were so scratchy! The unit was not comfortable at all and we looked into leaving early. Also, we don't go on a vacation to wash dishes and it would have been nice if the unit had a dishwasher. While the unit seemed clean, the rugs are filthy and the patio furniture. We decided to not stay here again in the future.

I loved that it was right in the center of town and everything was literally just steps away. The bed was comfy, although I feel that it should be a king bed to really make the place feel luxurious. Going from a king size at home to a queen for vacation is underwhelming. As I travel more I find it’ll soon be a dealbreaker. The robes provided for use were amazing! Probably the nicest I’ve used in an Airbnb house rental setting. However there was no hand soap in the bathroom though so we had to use shower gel.. as far as noise.. Being picky I would say if you’re very sensitive to noises, you can hear the hustle and bustle of people late at night and early in the morning, however the walls are not thin, it’s surprisingly more muffled than you’d expect but it’s not as quiet as a residential neighborhood. They do provide ear plugs on the bedside but overall I found that the noises did not bother us too much.Only other thing I did not like was that renters need to wash their own dishes and it’s not that I don’t mind washing but I know I do a good job washing my own. I saw that the dishes washed by previous users had bits of food stuck to them and I basically had to rewash it before use. It made me feel like all the dishes and utensils were unsanitary. I’d rather know dishes and utensils at a property we’re renting were cleaned professionally, not by someone rushing to “clean” dishes before they need to check out at 11am. Lastly, the cool touchscreen amenities screen in the kitchen lights up randomly in the middle of the night. Kind of creepy but mostly annoying because I’m sensitive to light. Also the curtains do not close all the way allowing for unwanted light in the room as well. All this is not to discourage future renters but for constructive feedba
