SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite, located on the west wing of the house, is absolutely splendid. Sink into the king size bed adorned with crisp, high thread count cotton linens, a down comforter and luscious pillows. The master has a huge walk-in closet and a 65” smart TV. A private patio with great views is the perfect spot to sip on your morning cup of joe. Pamper yourself in the en suite outfitted with spa-like amenities: dual vanities, an enormous soaking tub overlooking the vineyard views, and an oversized walk-in shower.
Unwind in the king size bed in bedroom two which is the first bedroom on the east wing of the house. It faces the front of the house. It has arced ceilings, a spacious closet, bench seating and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom three also offers rest in a king size bed, a spacious closet, a wing-backed leather side chair and table, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom two and three can share one of the 3 full baths located just outside both of those bedrooms.
Bedroom four offers comfort in a king size bed, spacious closet, dresser, and ceiling fan. It’s inside its own suite complete with a sitting room.
The sitting room offers a 2nd living room and is outfitted with a queen-sized Murphy bed that can convert into the 5th bedroom. It’s a great spot for the kids, teens or another couple. The sitting room also a bistro table and two chairs…perfect for that morning coffee and two swivel chairs with an ottoman stationed in front of a 65” smartTV. The third full bath can be used by both the four and fifth bedrooms.
All bedrooms/bathrooms have hair dryers, quality luxe linens, iHome systems with USB charging ports and luggage racks. A huge laundry room with two washers and two dryers is available for guests use.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk into the foyer and immediately to your left is a grand dining room with seating for 8 and superb views through the picture windows facing vineyard views. Just next to the dining area is a smaller round table with seating for 4. That can act as the “kids” table or the overflow table for additional guests. Wrap around to the kitchen to the right. This is a gorgeous gourmet chef's kitchen with all new Dacor appliances, a modern sink, wine fridge, massive Dacor food fridge oven, microwave, a 5-burner gas stove, ¬open upper shelves, soft-close cabinets and a 6’ x ‘6 center island with seating for 5 around it. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to host the perfect food and wine pairing dinner.
Before or after dinner, enjoy great conversation and cocktails in the large living room with seating for 10. Sink into two down-filled sofas, two swivel club chairs and two (with two more) poofs that surround an oversized coffee table. It’s perfect for sitting by the first in the (gas-started) wood-burning fireplace or watch your favorite shows and movies on the 65” smartTV. The entire room is flanked by ceiling to floor windows and doors. The front side leads to a covered porch with rockers on it…a great spot to enjoy the views. The back side leads to the fantastic entertainer’s backyard.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
The private backyard is the showpiece complete with a pool, hot tub, BBQ and table for dining al fresco along with another dining table and seating area that surrounds a propane fire pit. Along the side of the house enjoy a game of bocce ball or just float in the pool or soak in the hot tub. It’s the perfect yard for an elegant evening among close friends, or sharing good times and stories with old friends and family members. It’s resort living on a private 14-acre estate.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry facilities and detergent are in both laundry areas (upper and lower areas). The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. There is dinner service for 16 as well as plenty of serving necessities.
THE IMMEDIATE AREA
You are in perfectly positioned between Paso and Templeton’s westside. This home is just five minutes from the town square where there are dozens of wine tasting room, restaurants, shopping and a farmer's market every Saturday morning. Downtown there are over 12 wine tasting rooms, along with a distillery and local craft breweries. The downtown City Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from Jazz to Rock and Blues. It’s also just five minutes to Templeton and all of the prestigious westside wineries.
PROVISIONS
A few miles from the house is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di Raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
Paso is packed with great restaurants. Stay a week or two so you can try all of them!
Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Try out some of the hottest restaurants, Hemmingway’s steak house or In Bloom at Paso’s Market Walk. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
ACTIVITIES
Wine, beer and spirits tasting, hot air ballooning, horseback riding, water park, jeep rides, ziplining, Farmer's Markets, concerts at Vina Robles Amphitheatre, spas, beaches, Morro Bay, Hearst Castle, Cambria...take your pick. There are endless options to play until your heart's content. And don’t miss Paso latest attraction, Sensorio. Designed by artist, Bruce Munro, the “Field of Light” exhibition is a 15-acre walk-through experience through over 58,000 stemmed spheres. It’s truly a unique experience.
