Designed with passive solar, this mid-century modern home offers seamless living between indoors and out and offers the ultimate in outdoor living spaces. Massive window walls let you open up to fresh air, Outdoor Decks, Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ and gas fire ring. A myriad of seating/dining areas to suit your mood, indoors and out. If you're looking to relax inside, take advantage of the large game room with pool table & shuffle board, and large flats screen television. Additional seating with second television in the informal living area. Formal dining room and living room with city and distant vineyard hill views. This is the perfect getaway for a large group of friends, family or just a relaxing weekend in luxury. With four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, everyone will have their own space to unwind. Truly ABOVE IT ALL! *Pool is heated May through September. Pool may be heated upon advance request, for a fee, October through April. Pin ball machines are not operational, but all of the other game amenities are fully available! City Permit #STR19-0163 ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home.***Wi-Fi and/or power outages can occur periodically in our small town and rural settings, over which we have no control***

Top notch pick for a family/group stay
We recently enjoyed a lovely long weekend in Paso with extended family, and this house was the perfect spot for it. We throughly enjoyed the outdoor space and amenities, location and all the cozy gathering spaces within.

Great house
Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed the house. In addition to a great location and layout, the home has a wonderful ‘well-lived’ feel as opposed to the often sterile environment of many rentals. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Beautiful home, gorgeous view!
This home is beautiful, clean, well-stocked and we were very comfortable there during our stay. The adults and kids loved swimming in the pool and we really enjoyed playing shuffle board and pool as well. The home is located very close to town and to grocery stores for any food we needed to buy. It is also a short drive from the house to the Sensorio Field of Light art installation which we visited on our last night! We had a couple of questions during our stay and they were answered very quickly by the management company.

As with many homes in the area, there is always one room that can not remain cool due to the afternoon summer heat. In this house, that is the game room. Because of that, the game room was not useable during the afternoon and early evening.

The views are spectacular with a well furnished pool area. Only shortcoming would be the MBRs, one had no end tables or dresser, so no where to put folded clothes or cosmetics and the bathroom had a pedestal sink, so no storage and no towel racks. The other MBR was fine but had a glass door leading to pool with no shade, so if daylight wakes you that could be a problem.

The home was spacious and clean. Views from the hilltop were beautiful. Diss appointed that the outdoor jacuzzi was locked and couldn’t be used, the pinball machines (one of the reasons we were excited about the rental) don’t work (which is not disclosed on the listing), and dealing with the alarm system was a nightmare.

A play house in Paso
We couldn't have been more thrilled with this hilltop house for our long-weekend stay. The whole family loved playing billiards and shuffleboard indoors, and having access to the pool and hot tub outside. The house is huge and comfortable, with multiple outdoor seating areas offering different views and configurations. We loved the deer that roamed the hillside! We would definitely hope for a repeat visit when bringing a crowd to Paso Robles.

Above it all home was fantastic. This house had everything you need to have a great time. Only complaint would be that you cant use the pin ball machines and the game room is extremely hot due to no AC so its not very usable until it cools down at night. House was very clean, pool/spa/fire pit/bbq were very nice and outdoor furniture was excellent. Highly recommend.

Dream Oasis…with all the amenities
This property is ideally situated 1/2 way between LA and SF making it a great location for a friends meet up. We enjoyed all of the amenities and the close proximity to Downtown and many tasting rooms. The AC works well too for those hot days/nights. You could spend a whole week here and not get bored!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of fun amenities to keep all of us entertained and tons of room to stretch out. This house is the most stocked house I've ever stayed in! The deer just outside is fun to experience as well.

The house is clean and spacious. The management was quick to respond when I reported an issue which was great. The kitchen is large with a great stove, but the draws and cabinets could be better organized and supplies (pots/pans, spices and other cooking supplies) need updating. We loved the game room and spent most of out time in there. However, we were extremely disappointed that we couldn't use the Pin Ball machines that were pictured!
