Stayed here with friends for my 40th birthday. Plenty of living space for the two families (four adults, two kids in total). Realistically, the downstairs bedrooms are really meant for the kids. For the six of us, absolutely no problem with the space.
At the time (early 2022) things were practically brand new and (mostly) worked just fine. Actually ran into the property owner, and had nice chat about the buildings (used to be a working barn, which was fun).
Location couldn't have been better. Up on a hill on the ~north side of Paso. Easy drive to any winery you could want and down into downtown for food. We ended up cooking most nights, and the kitchen was better stocked with pots and pans than most places I've stayed.
We'd definitely be in favor of staying here again in the future.
