The fantastic Villa Bella is ideally located on the island of Paman, just 70 metres from a beautiful beach with crystal clear waters and stunning sea views. It is the perfect choice for those who want to escape the everyday hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a holiday in a quiet and peaceful Mediterranean region. The tourist town of Zadar, known for its rich gastronomic offer and cultural heritage, is connected to the island by a short 25-minute ferry ride. Villa Bella can accommodate 12 guests in 6 spacious and airy bedrooms furnished with king-size beds. Guests also have 3 bathrooms and 1 separate WC at their disposal. The entire property is equipped with WiFi and is fully air-conditioned. The ground floor of the villa also consists of a large living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a dining room. One of the great features of the houses is also a large tavern with a film projector and a large comfortable sofa. In the courtyard there is a beautiful pool where you can take a refreshing dip every day, as well as an outdoor barbecue area. * Possibility to rent a RIB boat for 12 people with or without skipper for an extra charge of 300 /day. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the owner's discretion or for a fee.

Das Haus hatte alles was wir brauchten! Eiswürfler, Espressomaschine und die Große Terrasse mit Pool waren die Highlights! Gastgeberin Klaudia und ihre Eltern waren sehr nett, ihr Vater versorgte uns mit frischen Fisch! Das eigene Boot war dann noch die draufgabe! Kleines Minus abseits des Hauses, der Strand unter dem Haus ist nicht sehr groß! Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
