"In the room they have kettle but no tea or coffee, when we asked they said they can help with some tea! Very funny and bizarre, on the other hand the stuff are kind! But limited possibilities, in the brekfeast room first come first serve, when u aso for same item they say out of stock! Hard to believe!"

"Imaret hotel is a gem. The hotel is actually a historical building with lots of history (take the free tour to learn all about it) The service and staff were absolutely excellent. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The dining was truly 5 star (and I did not realize that dinner was included in the booking as well as breakfast) Bookings are pricey even by 5 star standards but I don’t regret spending a little extra on this hotel My only complaint would be the air condition was not...

"My mother and I stayed for one night and we would never return to this hotel . The service was disrespectful, unsafe and incredibly rude . My mother and I have never been treated so poorly . The first day we arrived at the hotel to be greeted by the cleaning lady that asked to be paid immediately. I gave her cash but she wasn’t able to supply us with a receipt. "I recently stayed at Hotel Orlovetz and overall had a good experience, but with some notable drawbacks. The hotel itself is great—the rooms are very clean, modern, and offer the best views you can get in Pamporovo. Waking up to those mountain views was definitely a highlight of the stay. The breakfast was really good with a nice variety, but dinner was inconsistent. On Friday and Saturday, the food was great, but during the weekdays, it wasn’t nearly as good, likely due to fewer guests....

"The staff was great the food was yummy the location was out of this world. We loved the place so much we booked another night! It is located in a valley with a beautiful mountain stream where the mountains on either side of you shoot right up to the sky! A truly magical place."

"This is a gorgeous, family run hotel in a perfectly restored historical building. The bed was comfortable beyond belief (Cocomat!) and the breakfast delicious. Well worth the splurge!"
