Different variety of coffee. Teh tarik is super sweet. Causeway Cafe needs to reduce the sugar level by a lot! Providing customers with the "Occupied" standees to put on their tables allow customers to be sure they did not lose their tables while they go and get their food. Staff service is polite and cheerful. The link to a big, modern and clean shopping mall with great variety of fantastic tenants is a big plus. "

"I like the fake creepers wrapped around pillars and covered the ceilings. Very nice touch. This time we got a very clean room with strong air-con. Breakfast buffet spread have a good variety and taste good but one let fown is the coffee. Need to improve the quality of the coffee. Service staff are very polite, cheerful and helpful."

"Hotel was so much fun! Great that the kids had bunk beds and the main bedroom was separate. Loved the themed rooms and the disco lift. Filtered drinking water in the rooms was good. Only issue is that laundry service was not available for the time we were there."
