"Comfortable, spacious, and welcoming. Close to the cathedral and walkable from both the train station and to the centre of town. Of note, the service at the front desk was exceptional. Friendly and helpful (even with the odd request of helping fix a gift bag that had come unstuck, helping with access to the room slightly early, and in knowledgeable advice and recommendations for the area. The cafe opposite is also recommended by a friend who lives near Amiens, and the florist along the road into town is also to be highly recommended."

"We used the ACE Arras for a visit to Vimy. It was within 20 min. Accomodation was comfortable, easy to find and the staff pleasant and helpful. Had supper at the Au feu du bois next door, enjoyable and a good meal."
