"Our stay here was perfect! The house is large and has plenty of private and shared spaces for a big group. We had 13 people (6 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant) and the bedroom layout was great. There is only one en-suite bedroom, but there are plenty of full bathrooms to go around on each floor. "Villa Cottone è bellissima!!! Our family of 8 adults and one 3- year old thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our week-long stay. The Cottone Family is extremely accommodating, responsive and helpful. Each bedroom has its own bath, and the common areas (lanai, outdoor dining porch, POOL) were great for our large family. Lia arranged for a local chef to give us a cooking lesson in Sicilian cuisine…in the outdoor kitchen…and then served what we helped make- it was an evening we will never forget....

"Big property but needs total update. Advertised as air conditioned but only had air con in 4 bedrooms. None in the 5th or any downstairs areas. Family of 9 and couldnt use the 5th bedroom due to heat of 33° plus. Villa clean but worn out. Not advertised as having a well for water supply so couldnt drink it. Had to use bottled water for most things. Only positive of that was no water restrictions during the drought.Had power cuts daily. Couldnt use air con with oven on or washing machine. Had a...
