"Golden is a very nice little town. Great location for Vrbo. Your stay at this home is very accommodating. Meaning kitchen items, comfortable beds, and my husband loved the sauna. Felt safe at this location too. Convenient when visiting the Yoho National Parks. We loved Emerald Lake and the Natural Bridge. "

More electrical outlets would be a much needed improvement. Not up to modern needs. "My family was able to add another night to our stay in this amazing VRBO! The suites accommodated each of my three boys perfectly. We had plenty of room and it was very comfortable! My boys loved lying in the hammock and enjoying the spectacular views that overlooked the Columbia River with the mountains in the backdrop. "Used this place as a break from our parks road trip for a night, super close to food, convenience stores, gas right outside the neighborhood. Brewery maybe 10 minutes down the road. If looking to pop into jasper at all it’s a scenic drive out of the park saw some bears and caribou. 2 hours from Columbia icefield which we went to the following morning and drive was very scenic."

"We liked the whirlpool and facilities at the reception - The receptionist was efficient and helpful. Access from the parking to the room was convenient. Traffic was noisy in the daytime ( a truck route) , but quiet at night. The room had chairs and a table for office work or meals. Although the motel was older, it was recently updated with paint, tiles and fixtures. It could have used more hangers. The location was convenient to Highway 1 and McDonald's but was not near downtown. "
