We are located on the Central Pacific Coast. Close to many area's including Quepos
for Sport Fishing & many Boat tours, Manuel Antonio National Park for wildlife and great beaches, Monkey Tours, Hiking at Rainmaker, Waterfalls and much more.

We are in the authentic Costa Rican town of Parrita, a town where you can slow down, relax and unwind, learn Spanish, enjoy the authentic cuisine and sip on a a fresh fruit smoothies.
Enjoy your days by the pool or at one of the many beaches exploring, surfing or sun tanning. We have all the stores and amenities you will need, Restaurants, banks, dentist,
doctors & grocery stores.

Parrita is known for the popular festivity called "Festival de las Mulas' in February, it includes parades, concerts, exhibitions, bullfighting and the traditional race of mules.

We are close to Jaco, Hermosa, Esterillos and Bejuco to the north with Quepos,
Manuel Antonio, Uvita and Dominical to the south.
Casa Hummingbird is a newer listing, reasonably priced, a great home base to explore the country without breaking the bank.

Pets - We love our pets, so polite fur babies are welcome here, as the yard is completely fenced and safe for them.

This home makes a great home base as it's very central to many areas on the Pacific coast, all within 40 minutes of the property on good driving roads. No 4x4 needed here.
Visit the neighboring towns & beaches by car or public bus with Playa Jaco 40 mins, Esterillos 20 mins, Bejuco15 mins, Quepos 15 mins,
Manuel Antonio National Park 30 mins.

The nearest beach is 10 mins away, but there are many worth visiting along the coast.
Other destinations / attractions for nature loving tourists include the Damas Estuary Mangrove, home to a wide variety of animals. The Parrita river for white water rafting, Sport fishing for tuna, marlin and more, Quepos is great for cruises and festivals,
