"Five of us stay comfortably at this location. Place was clean. The only thing that we didn’t like was that the remote for the tv didn’t work at all even after changing the batteries. It looked like it was for a different tv. Other than that the overall experience was great would stay again. "

"The power went out almost the entire night and it was really hot. When I decided to take a shower to cool off i was touching the shower head and the power came on for a second and somehow i got electrocuted then the power went out again. I didn't suffered permanent damage but the shock hurt a lot and thank god it was just a shock and not something that could have killed me. I wrote to the management and didnt get a reply... "

"Great safe location and walking distance to night life. Super comfortable for 2 or 3 people. The only issue that I had was that none of the keys worked to open the gate so that I could park my rental car inside versus leaving it outside on the street and that there was absolutely no cold water. It was all hot and in Puerto Rico you cannot shower with hot water. You need cold water to cool you down. Aside from that everything was great. "

"Apartment is dark with windows that face into a courtyard. Wifi stopped working. AC would not stick to the preset temperature. Parking instructions were complicated. The floor space in the building is shared with a restaurant kitchen that has a loud industrial fan and music playing through to 9pm. 3 separate keys open 3 different doors needed to get to the apartment from the street. "The property was in poor condition. The paint on the ceiling was peeling. The paint in the room in poor condition. The room had no closet or where to put clothes. The windows did not close completely. The bathtub leaked all the time. In the area where the sofa bed is located there was no fan or air conditioning. Only the location was excellent."
