"Front desk was friendly and helpful. King size pet room was well appointed and comfy. It had already been redone. They are doing a complete renovation on the upper floors. Great pet area to the right of the hotel. Definitely recommend a stay here. I was surprised at how busy it was."

"Great property and location. Very difficult to reach the front desk by phone and when I left messages, per their instructions, I never received a return phone call or message. My room, Room127, was very noisy as it was next to the weight room which was being used at 8-9 pm when many of us skiers, and little kids, are trying to sleep. Also had kids running up and down the hallways upstairs which sounded like a heard of elephants. Soundproofing does not seem to exist, so some reasonable noise policies seem to be in order. Overall, a very nice place for the money and would definitely consider it again, but a different room, if possible for the configuration I had."
