"Spotlessly clean, wonderful set up, private driveway and entrance. Everything that was needed was there. This was our first stay in a vrbo and booked thru expedia. We'd definitely stay here again. As others stated you could hear walking around upstairs, but it was quieter than the hotel we stayed at the previous night. Wonderful experience!"

"Older condo, no AC but cool even in summer, not fancy but cozy, clean and you can't go wrong at Brian head for summer or winter. The hot tub/pool was nice, security on site, and the owner had thought of everything we could need. more than 4 would be really tight. "

"positives: host was very responsive, location close to ski resort, studio is small but recently renovated. negatives: our beds were not made upon arrival and we didn't have enough sheets to make the beds ourselves and the sheets never came because of an argument with the cleaning staff. The queen air mattress also leaked slowly throughout the night. I think both those things can be fixed easily and then this place would be 5 stars."

"What a great experience staying here! Very close to Bryce and a lovely view of the valley. We went into Panguitch for breakfast and supper for 2 days and the small town charm was really warm. Found great food and service! Don’t hesitate to book!"

"Overall the property was a great place to book for small groups. The unit has been updated in many ways. The only areas that a prospective renter should be aware of are the following: 1. the laundry facilities does not have a coin converter/dispenser, bring your quarters. 2. No coffee, creamer, sugar, or oil in the kitchen - bring your own. 3. The mattresses are soft, but this is a personal preference. "
