Located in Parikia, the main port of Paros,
the apartment is made up of 2 rooms:
- The main room has a double bed, separated from the kitchen area by a pretty white curtain on a rail. Access to the balcony with table, chairs and parasol to enjoy it at any time.
- the bedroom has 2 single beds, a wardrobe. Access to a functional balcony with drying rack.
A total of 3 beds for 4 guests.

It is equipped with:
- a kitchenette: with sink, refrigerator, hotplates, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, capsule coffee maker, crockery and kitchen utensils, table and chairs,
- 2 full bathrooms (one from the bedroom, the other from the main room),
- 2 balconies (one with table, seats, parasol)

- The apartment is in a Cycladic-style house that we renovated in 2014.

- Our house, which is called "Olympian-apartments" (https: // olympian-apartments.com - our street does not have a name yet! -), is nestled in the heart of a neighborhood, quiet, with jasmines and bougainvillea, and will provide you with an ideal environment to relax and immerse yourself in the true atmosphere of a Greek vacation.

- Located 300 meters from Livadia beach and 200 meters from the historic center of Parikia and its labyrinth of alleys (accessible directly from the park of the Panaghia Katapoliani basilica) and 500 from the port where the ferries arrive/depart.
- Only 150 meters away; the fishing port and its numerous taverns which offer fresh fish and tasty traditional dishes.
It is also from the port that the caiques leave every morning for the beaches of the island.

We provide household linen (sheets, bath towels).

Très bonne communication au préalable avec les propriétaires, accueil adorable (Hervé est venu nous chercher à l'arrivée du ferry et nous a donné des informations sur l'appartement, les environs, les restos...). Les propriétaires étaient disponibles pendant tout le séjour en cas de besoin. L'appartement était d'une propreté irréprochable, fonctionnel (2 salles de bain) et très bien situé (à quelques minutes du port et de la vieille ville, mais dans une ruelle un peu à l'écart et donc au calme). Excellente adresse!
L'appartement très bien situé est proche de la plage et de toutes les commodités. Il est décoré avec goût, et très fonctionnel et bien entretenu. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. Merci à nos hôtes pour toutes leurs attentions durant notre séjour, elles ont été grandement appréciés.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Parikia, so dass man sowohl schnell am Strand, am Hafen, als auch die Flaniermeile erreichen kann. Der Eingangsbereich der Appartements und die Zimmer selber sind tatsächlich so geschmackvoll hergerichtet wie auf den Fotos. Alles war sauber und was uns sehr gefreut hatte, war die Tatsache, dass in der Küche das Notwendigste ( Salz, Zucker, Tee ), aber auch Mülltüten, Spülmittel und Handtücher bereits vorhanden waren. Außer der leichten Hellhörigkeit im Haus gab es für uns rein gar nichts zu mäkeln. Vielen Dank, es war ein toller Urlaub!

We had a great stay in JP’s and H’s place. Great decoration - candles in the night around the house welcomed us every evening. Owners are great hosts!! Apartment is very clean and well equipped. We had a fantastic stay and can totally recommend that place!!

We had a great stay in Paros. The owners were very friendly and helpfull :-) (thank you for the great advise of the Lageri beach :-) ) The accomondation was simply great. We had 2 little bathrooms, a little kitchen for cooking - just perfect for 4 people (2 kids and 2 adults). The rooms are like the pictures - really beautiful Loove greetings from Vienna / Austria.

Appartement conforme aux photos et à nos attentes, fonctionnel et confortable. Typique des cyclades et très bien placé dans Parikia (plages, supermarché, restaurant, vieille ville, port et car). Seuls inconvénients : proximité des voisins (nuisances sonores et vis à vis).

Excellent accueil de Jean-Philippe et Hervé qui nous ont donné de très bons conseils tout au long du séjour. Le logement est parfaitement bien situé à Parikia, dans un impasse très calme.
