"The bathroom was disappointing - dirty & not well maintained. The room had no mini bar - a bit of an inconvenience. The wifi was very poor. We stayed 4 nights, and on all days, there were many instances where noise from team building activities, people using loud hailers for wake -up calls through the corridors of the rooms, and blaring sirens from the team builders disrupted the peace of other guests. "Excellent property, we stayed at the presidential suite which was opulent. Good business lounge with free flow cocktail evenings. Only potential area of improvement was the breakfast, coffee could have been better but it’s a small thing / first world problem "

"This hotel is a really good choice for families with kids like ourselves. The hotel has many facilities for children such as: petting zoo, kids spa, indoor and outdoor playground, kids swimming pool, kids cooking class, etc. The hotel staff is also very friendly and helpful "

Love It

"It was great, the staffs very friendly and helpful. Room very clean , and comfortable . But for the breakfast, I’d just say it was just OK. the selections for traditional food could be have more selections . For the price it was worth every penny. Overall I’d give this hotel 9.5 out of 10. And I will comeback in the future, highly recommended to everyone who want to visit Bandung. Thank you for the great hospitality, keep up the good work"

"My heart belongs to this hotel… The whole team and staff treated us as if we were from a royal family. They even remembered our name. Fantastic breakfast, exquisite hotel, spacious room… nothing to complain but only tiptop The concierge team arranged a perfect trip to the tourist attractions. One of the best trips in our life! We appreciated everything but the most was the heartwarming hospitality of the hotel!"
